We take pride in maintaining an organized inventory of high-quality ironmongery. However, due to the nature of physical retail, specific tools or brass fittings may occasionally run out of stock.
If an item is unavailable, we will gladly recommend a suitable replacement or inform you when the next delivery arrives. Product details and measurements provided are as accurate as possible, but minor variations in materials like raw brass or natural wood can occur.
All prices are clearly marked in the shop. We strive to make sure our pricing is fair and honest for all hardware supplies.
You can complete your purchase using card or cash directly at the counter. Full payment is required before any goods, especially custom-cut materials or specialized fasteners, leave the workshop.
We stand behind the quality of the tools we sell. If a product is faulty, please bring it back to the store along with your original receipt. We will replace the item or offer a full refund.
Please note that loose fasteners, cut lengths of chain or wire, and specially ordered goods cannot be returned if they are simply no longer needed.
